Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

  • While we do our best to deliver on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volume) may affect delivery times.

  • Garriette Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
